Meet the team.

Bob Androff, PT,  ScD

Bob grew up in Lackawanna, New York. He received a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona, a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University and a clinical doctorate from Texas Tech University. Bob has continued his education in affiliation with the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine (IAOM) and is certified by the IAOM in the treatment of extremities. Bob is also trained in the Graston Technique method of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. Bob is experienced in treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions. His doctoral project focused on headache management, which he completed in 2009. Bob has completed over 100 hours of instruction in dry needling/ trigger point needling in 2014.

Terri Delaune, PT, DPT, COMT

Terri received her bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with Honors from the University of Florida in 1989. She obtained her Certification in Orthopedic Medicine and Manual Therapy (COMT) from the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine and has been certified in dry needling. In June 2019, she completed her post professional Doctorate in Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University. In addition to over 20 years of outpatient orthopedic experience, Terri worked nearly 10 years in Home Health care seeing a predominantly geriatric population with a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions. Now working full-time at Arizona Physical Therapy, Terri treats the full spectrum of orthopedic patients from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Jerry Vasquez, PTA

Jerry grew up in Douglas, Arizona. He graduated from Kansas City Community College in 2006 and is a certified weight trainer with 17 years of experience in the physical therapy field. Jerry has worked and trained in Anchorage, Alaska; Kansas City, Missouri; and Tucson, Arizona where he has been working at APT since 2009. Jerry has studied under the direction of physical therapists using the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine techniques. Jerry enjoys spending time coaching for his son and daughter's sports teams.

Theresa Paquette, LMT, PTT

Theresa was born and raised in Faribault, Minnesota. After high school, she received a softball scholarship to Northwood University in West Palm Beach, Florida. In 2009, Theresa became certified as a Physical Therapy Technician (PTT) and shortly after finishing school, she started working for Arizona Physical Therapy as a PTT. She has worked in the physical therapy field for over ten years now. Recently in 2016, Theresa also became certified as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). Theresa is a devoted dog mom of 6, enjoys playing tennis, rooting for the Minnesota Vikings and recently started gardening.

Rebecka Macias, PTA

Rebecka grew up in San Luis, Arizona. She relocated to Tucson, Arizona in 2009 to attend the University of Arizona. She received her Bachelor's of Science in Psychology in 2013 and received her license for Physical Therapy Assistant in 2017. She likes to spend her time outdoors, especially hiking around the beautiful Tucson area and cheering on the U of A athletics. She looks forward to continue learning and gaining more experience with APT.
